Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content (PDF products), all digital sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.
However, if a product cannot be properly delivered due to an issue caused by our shop, we will provide a refund.
